NAVLE

Effective after the April 2000 examinations, the NBE and CCT will no longer be administered. These examinations have been replaced by the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) and are administered by the National Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners (NBVME).

Deadline for filing an application to the OVMLB for examination for the current testing windows:

For the November 16 - December 12, 2009: August 5, 2009

For the April 12 - April 24, 2010: January 6, 2010

Special Accommodation Requests are required to be approved by the Board and need to be received by the OVMLB no later than the deadlines mentioned above.
